Streamer Pick 7/29

Last Night's Result

Josh Lindblom looked pretty decent last night. Unfortunately, he left the game after three innings due to an injury. BUT our boy Kyle Gibson got us our first streaming win! Gibson pitched five innings while letting up no runs! His breaking balls were working well and he seems like an extremely under-owned pitcher.

The Pick

There aren't a ton of options for today. Honestly, it seems like there is one clear choice and that is Danny Duffy. He wasn't bad his last time out, just got pulled early. In his first start he put up a 4.15 ERA with a 2.80 FIP but the SwStr% was lacking tremendously with a 4.6 SwStr%. Going up against Detroit is appealing and it seems like Duffy should have a good opportunity here. Just don't expect a high strikeout total.

Ranking All Streamers For 7/28

1) Danny Duffy

2) Justin Dunn

3) Daniel Ponce de Leon

4) Zach Plesac

5) Asher Wojciechowski

6) Cristian Javier

Analysis: As you can see there aren't a ton of options today. Besides Duffy the only pitcher I would suggest is who has some upside is Ponce de Leon. But honestly, I would just stay away for today if you can't grab Duffy.
