Streamer Of The Day 5/28

Morning Read: Let's make this a Pablo Lopez appreciation post. The guy has been fantastic and unstoppable at home. What's most interesting about Lopez is how he has decided to go changeup heavy this season. YES. Give me all of this. Pairing that with the four-seam and cutter makes for a dangerous three pitches. On top of that, his curveball and sinker aren't bad either. A lot of people have asked me Pablo Lopez or Sandy Alcantara? Give me Lopez.

Today's Streamer: We talked about Martin Perez on our latest live stream which you can find here. He has been pitching so good as of late and is utilizing his pitches really well. He uses the changeup to get chases and his sinker and cutter perfectly against left-handed hitters and right-handed hitters. He faces Miami at home who has been struggling big time as they are plagued with almost as many injuries as the Mets.

Shallow League Option: If Jon Gray is available he is your guy. I know he weirdly has a better ERA at home but the Pirates are the Pirates. I mean did you see that horrendous play against the Cubs yesterday?! Gray should get a good amount of strikeouts and a solid WHIP, especially with the Pirates' suboptimal OPS in the last seven days.

Deep League Option: Martin Perez.

Looking For Strikeouts: Jon Gray, Martin Perez, and Mitch Keller.

Looking For Quality Starts: Jon Gray, Martin Perez, and Justus Sheffield.

Looking For Wins: Martin Perez and Johan Oviedo.

Looking For Ratios: Jon Gray and Martin Perez.

Tomorrow's Streamers: Ross Stripling and Austin Gomber.

The Day After: Kyle Freeland and Jameson Taillon.
