Streamer Of The Day 5/26

Morning Read: Rich Hill faced the Royals last night and oh boy did he have a great game. He was able to get 18 whiffs on his four-seam fastball. Yes, you read that right. On his fastball. His four-seam finished with a 54 CSW% while throwing it 55% of the time. Phenomenal start here from Hill. If he somehow isn't owned in your league, grab him. In his last four starts, he has a 1.01 ERA and 10.13 K/9. Hill has always been great when on the mound, just pray that he stays healthy.

Today's Streamer: Today we have one pick for all types of leagues. That pick is James Kaprielian. In two starts he holds a 2.53 ERA, 3.90 FIP, and impressive 33.3 K%. Small samples though! The 12.4 SwStr% screams regression for that strikeout rate but he does fit the Athletics mold of a pitcher who relies on called strikes. With James, it is more of a so far so good type of thing. I'm not sold but I also see some value. Drawing a matchup against Seattle at home is great. We all know how bad that offense can be. Especially Kelenic (looking at you Eric Cross). Today is a great day to stream though. You can start and stream any of Kaprielian, Cueto, Urena, Williams, and Canning.
