Streamer Of The Day 5/14

Morning Read: Our streaming pick Spencer Turnbull churned out 6.1 innings with one earned run and seven strikeouts! Turnbull has a surprisingly deep arsenal with five pitches and used four of them over 10% of the time in this start. His four-seam induced five whiffs (decent) and his sinker landed four called strikes. The pitch that stole the show was his slider. It has 10 freaking whiffs on the night which lead to a 62% CSW (!!!!!). Overall the CSW or 28% was just okay but I really think Turnbull can surprise some people if he can stay healthy.

Today's Streamer: I know, I know, I am picking David Peterson again! Here's the thing, I still believe he can be a good pitcher and I promise you I am not being biased. In the past two weeks, he has an 18.8 K-BB% and 14.7 SwStr%, both are good numbers and above league average. He draws the Rays who some might be afraid of but this season they have been really weak against left-handed pitching. This could work.
