Streamer Of The Day 4/27

Morning Read: I was pretty big on Spencer Turnbull coming into 2020. While he didn't disappoint he didn't really impress either. The reason being was the deep arsenal with two decent fastballs and two solid-breaking ball options. So far he has looked pretty good this season, although it's only been two starts. Last night he was able to induce whiffs with all of his pitches and finished his start with a 31 CSW%. He went fastball heavy which he typically doesn't do but I wish he featured the curveball and slider more often. Keep an eye on that moving forward because if he is to take another step forward and increase that strikeout rate he will likely have to reel in his fastball usage.

Today's Streamer: Jakob Junis draws a struggling Pirates offense that wouldn't scare me if I was on the mound. Junis had been pitching really well this season with a reworked pitch and he is getting more strikeouts than ever. This looks like a solid play and the best play of the day in all types of leagues.
